Bit of an update....

As many people know we have had quite an eventful last 8 weeks!

We just wanted to share on here what has been going on.

Without going into full details - the person who we employed as our project manager to install our new lift has left the area without finishing the contracted works but not only that he has taken with him all the payments that were to be made to local contractors and for the remaining work. This matter is now with the police and our bank.

As you can imagine we were absolutely heartbroken . We had been closed for 7 weeks and had no income, we have local businesses out of pocket and we had been left with a bit of a mess.

However, out of the darkness came our community, from plumber's, electrician's and decorators to people armed with shovels to help us in our lowest time. We do not have the words to thank them enough for what they have all done for us.

We were absolutely blown away with the help we have been offered. We are just stunned and in total love with everyone who came to help, who has hugged, talked, messaged and just been there for us including our amazing stupendous volunteers, we may be biased but we really do have the best volunteers ever!

We are now back to normal opening hours.
